As individuals vary, it is best to note any skin changes and keep note of relevant dietary habits. Overall, the impact of a keto diet on an individual’s health depends on several factors, including their medical history and lifestyle habits. While some concerns exist regarding possible health consequences of a keto diet, research continually gathers more insight and we can always make informed decisions according to our specific requirements. These may include adequate hydration, regular physical exercise, well-rounded nutrition, and a balanced lifestyle approach that supports overall well-being. I will keep pushing myself towards my Keto goals while making sure I stay informed and understand the impact of my diet and lifestyle on my body.
